After grafuating from the İndustrial Engineering department of Middle Eastern Technical University, Ayşegül Talu completed her masters degree in the University of Warwick. After working for 5 years in Aselsan and Migros, she continued her education on gastronomy in Johnson & Wales University. She worked in various positions in the kitchens of Swissotel Boston, Ritz Carlton Boston, İstanbul Food – Drink and Rainforest Cafe İstanbul. Since 2008, she has been involved in the devolopments of realisation of Macrostyle, Macro Atelier, Banquet and Homemade projects under the roof of Macrocenter. Ayşegül Talu is continuing her work as of the Director of Product Sales and Development in Macrocenter.
